The price of fires includes shipping charges to mainland UK only. Fires which are in stock will generally be shipped within two to three days of cleared orders. When the fire is a special order item we will advise the delivery time by email.

We ship our fireplaces via Palletline, on a 2-3 day service, after the successful clearance of funds. Goods will be transported to your local Palletline depot, and then shipped to your chosen address. Ordinarily we dispatch on a Wednesday and delivery is made on the Friday. .

The carriage charge includes delivery to your door via a pallet truck. The crates are extremely heavy, so if the pallet truck is unable to pass through a narrow gate, your crate must be stripped on the roadside In all cases we would recommend you have 2 strong men on hand to unload the contents of the crate should it be necessary. Please note that pallet trucks are unable to traverse gravel drives or steps.

Damage in transit is very rare, but we ask that you check the crate thoroughly on arrival. Do not accept the delivery if any damage is discovered. This allows us to replace the goods without incurring additional carriage charges.

We can deliver a single pallet fireplace to most parts of England and Wales for a charge of £79. Northern Scotland and Ireland would be extra and in this case please contact us for a delivery quote prior to placing your order.

Collection is possible from our warehouse but an appointment must be made and you would need to come in a suitable vehicle as the heavier surrounds weigh over 300Kg.
